Disneyland & SeaWorld 2010

We went to California in early March. We had such a great time,

the kids were all so good, they loved every minute! The weather was great, not hot, but very nice compared to Utah! It was a great get-a-way!

Eli did the Jedi Training School, I wasn't sure if he'd be brave enough to do it... but luckily he got picked & was very brave, he defeated Darth Vader & was our little hero!

I think between the kids they must have eaten dozens of churro's! They were well fed!

Ok, we all were! That's a fun part of any vacation!

Allie bought a signature book & got lots of signatures from the characters, she loved seeing all the characters. Maddie was the same way when she was younger, but she wasn't into them this time, she bought a lanyard & pins & had a great time trading pins. Eli just loved the rides & the churro's!

We were lucky enough to have Aunt Heather come with us, she is such a life saver! I hadn't been feeling well & she was great help! The girls had gotten their hair done at a shop, they did bows in their hair, they loved being pampered & prettied up with make-up & glitter.

It was a perfect time to go, crowds weren't bad at all, we were able to do everything we wanted to do & more! The kids were so great, we must have walked miles, they were troopers!

Allie was completely mesmerized with the princesses. Watching her with them was priceless. They were so cute with her, & she just couldn't get enough of them. Ariel is her most favorite, of course I didn't get a good pic of them together, but she loved them all so much!

We went to SeaWorld for a day, it was fun. Not as neat as I had remembered years ago, but the kids loved it. The shows were fun, we got wet from Shamu & they loved the seals & the whales.

We had a fabulous family vacation, it turned out so good. I was worried because I had been so sick for the last couple months, but all went well. Even the drive was ok, and I'm not a big road-tripper. The kids are still talking about it & saving all their money for our next Disneyland trip. Allie is missing the princesses already!
